Job Overview We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at AutoJagat. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language Good phone etiquette and persuasive skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues Familiarity with the automotive industry and its aftermarket services is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our automotive services Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the services we offer Generate leads by identifying potential customers and their needs Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and emails Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends
