Trust Resource Management - Senior ManagerJob Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Workforce Management professional with a proven track record to lead our territory/Business Unit Resource Deployment team.
We are looking for go-getters who can partner with the business leadership to understand the organization’s growth and talent strategies and create effective staffing solutions to optimize productivity and minimize cost. The incumbent will create measurable KPIs to monitor and analyze business performance and effectiveness of the Resource Deployment team. (S)he will be responsible and accountable to meet all defined KPIs for the assigned Business Unit, Sub-Business Unit, Industry/Sector or territory. (S)he will also develop a team of high performing professionals that are adept at providing solutions to complex staffing needs.
The incumbent will be responsible to design and implement staffing strategies aligned to future demand projections, staffing needs and budget plans. (S)he will be responsible to analyze current and historical trends, predict future demand and capacity, determine personnel requirements, analyze staffing gaps and identify staffing solutions through conversations and collaboration with multiple teams within our organization.
To ensure success as a Senior Manager, you should possess transformational leadership qualities with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You should be data driven and adept at analyzing large data sets. You must possess strong domain knowledge in Resource Deployment, demand – supply planning, project-based staffing, capacity and headcount planning, demand and supply forecasting, capacity and bench management, scheduling and business analytics.
Prior Resource Deployment experience in Big 4s, Audit/Tax/accounting practice and/or financial services industry will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a strong and dynamic Capacity Planning process focused on short term, long term and strategic workforce planning.
  • Implement a KPI based operating model for the Resource Deployment team with focus on stakeholder collaboration, value generation, accountability and process transformation.
  • Perform regular business reviews with stakeholders – Identify staffing gaps/deviations from plan and propose mitigation options.
  • Analyze annual budget plans and create capacity to enable effective staffing on projects based on scope of work, skills, prior experience, availability, regulatory requirements and budget allocations.
  • Act as a control owner to ensure 100% compliance on all regulatory requirements and business rules associated with resource allocations and staffing on projects.
  • Demonstrate success against all business, operational and people management KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process transformation, technology enablement and automation to create measurable efficiencies within the team.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, address schedule changes and resolve staffing conflicts.
  • Collaborate with Talent acquisition on new hire allocations in accordance with project budgets and Capacity plans.
  • Create dashboards to monitor, analyze and report against key KPIs.
  • Regular review and update of process documents.
  • Stakeholder management – Create strong connects with stakeholders in the business, onshore, cross ACs, Talent, Finance and cross LOS.
  • Team management – Training/upskilling, backup and succession planning, quality monitoring, performance evaluation, career guidance and overall supervision.
Key Skills and Experiences:
  • Any Graduate/Post-Graduate. Specialization in Human Resources/Statistics will be preferred.
  • 13 – 15 years of relevant, post qualification work experience in reputed organizations with proven track record of career growth and stability.
  • Proficiency in Resource Deployment/workforce management domain.
  • Must have 6-8 years of experience in building and supervising large teams.
  • Must have 8-10 years of experience in directly managing stakeholders.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in project management/change management/process transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent process documentation and presentation skills – knowledge in using MS Visio, PowerPoint and Google Slides to create impactful process flows and presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven record of working under tight deadlines.
  • Very strong team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau and Google Charts will be preferred.
