You will function as a SPOC for sales pursuit and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the sales strategy.ResponsibilitiesHandle client operations commercial loan activities – Booking / ServicingBring Domain expertise in commercial loans operations and act as subject matter authority.Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problemsPartner with transition, transformation for setting new operationsParticipates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologiesEngage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsUniversity Graduates (B.Com)Significant years of experience in Commercial Banking & CLL DomainExperience, ability and amenity engaging with Banking & Commercial Lending Clients & SMEsUnderstanding of the end-to-end Commercial Loan Lending life cycleCommercial Lending / Institutional banking operations experience / system expertise/ understanding of the Booking and Servicing processesGood communication, social skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effectivePreferred Qualifications/ SkillsExperience in handling medium teams of Approx. 30 - 40 + FTE’sExecution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skillsWhy join Genpact?
