5+ years of experience in Creo MCAD design and IT support covering configurations
Strong experience on Creo MCAD functional process and configuration
Strong experience managing Creo end user issues, administration and resolution.
Strong Experience working on Windchill functional process and Windchill Creo integration.
Strong experience with Creo installation, administration, upgrade and performance tuning.
Strong experience managing Creo end user issues, license management and system administration utilities.
Strong understanding of application support processes and understands Service Now tool.
Flexible to work in shifts and provide support coverage.
Creo customizations using JLink and Proe Toolkit and workflows will be an added advantage.
