  • Architect and implement SAP solutions tailored to retail operations including merchandising, store operations, and omnichannel commerce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP capabilities with retail strategies such as customer experience, inventory optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations and integrations with POS, e-commerce, and CRM platforms.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards for scalable, secure, and agile retail systems.
  • Provide strategic insights on SAP innovations in retail, including AI-driven personalization and real-time analytics.
Your Profile
  • 9.5-12 years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on retail industry processes and technologies.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), and SAP Fiori.
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP solutions across merchandising, supply chain, and customer engagement domains.
  • Strong understanding of retail-specific challenges like seasonal planning, promotions, and omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Azure) and integration with third-party retail systems is a plus.
