We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Sr. Developer with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) ChaRM and SAP Cloud ALM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ChaRM processes to ensure efficient change and transport management across SAP landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Minimum 1012 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 57 years in SAP SolMan ChaRM and 2+ years in SAP Cloud ALMConfigure, manage, and optimize SAP ChaRM for both steady-state and project-driven environmentsLead ChaRM activities during SAP migrations ensuring full governance and change trackingImplement ChaRM for n+1 landscape strategies, enabling smooth transport management across environmentsSet up and manage Retrofit functionality for dual-track development synchronizationSupport Downgrade Protection and CSOL to avoid object conflictsCustomize ChaRM workflows as per client-specific requirementsCollaborate with technical and functional teams to align ChaRM with overall project and support needsMonitor transport logs, change cycles, and resolve ChaRM-related issues proactivelyAssist with CAB (Change Advisory Board) functions, including reporting and risk assessmentMaintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and training materialsEnsure compliance with audit standards (e.g., SOX), ITIL processes, and internal change policies
