Senior Manager Mapping - Geomatician Lead-As the Lead Geomatician, he/she will need to focus on :

Unblock geomaticians whenever they are facing technical challenges. Also function as their reporting manager for day-to-day activities
Review ongoing activities and tasks of geomaticians, if needed provide corrective and constructive feedback immediately.
Take necessary steps to ensure business continuity, which may sometimes involve extended working hours.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert whenever necessary to help developers to understand topics and/or resolve issues and to be a liaison between different scrum teams.
Function as the go-to person in case of any queries in team regarding geospatial concepts.

As an Individual Contributor, he/she will need to focus on :

Detailed, satisfactory and timely completion of analysis/POC tasks.
Updating Toll data, road closure, analyzing and fixing issues with user feedback
Proactive in finding out solutions and be curious about new technologies
Resolving issues with data or process or feedback for Map Display
