- Preparation of Techno-Commercial Comparison, Negotiation, Purchase Approval & Expedition.
- Cost Reduction through Various Techniques Like Process Change, Alternate Vendor, Annual Rate Contracts.
- Contact Point between Purchase & Stores for GRN/SRN Related Issues.
- Preparation of Weekly Reports for Purchase Review Meetings Like Savings, Vendor Development & Productivity.
- Maintaining records of Documents as per ISO for internal & external audit.
- Co-ordinating with Finance Team for Vendor’s Outstanding and Payment Recommendations on weekly basis.
- Identifying issues, analyzed information, and provided innovative solutions to complex problems, contributing to continuous process improvement and enhanced productivity.
- Developing robust communication and organizational skills through active participation in group projects, fostering a culture of learning and continual improvement.
