Job Responsibility: To include but not limited to: Working with product and process subject matter experts, define and document client service and implementations procedures Develop procedure documents and support the business process Ensure that business training and communication are met Establish and maintain project documentation repositories Provide daily support of production Process and Procedure websites, resolving issues, answering user questions, and implementing small fix requests Required qualification, skills and capabilities: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience PC literate with advanced technical skills and abilities Ability to work independently Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal Be goal driven, flexible and be able to adapt to charge quickly Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, trade and other transaction services products Flexible attitude to shift working Personal responsibility for tasks and actions Excellent analytical skills Excellent trouble shooting skills
