Job Description:This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 10-14 LPA)Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: DelhiJobType: full-timeWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. You will work closely with the development, QA, and product teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery at scale.Requirements:Key Responsibilities
  • Create, develop, and sustain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Deploy and oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP through Infrastructure as Code
  • Handle containerized application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Apply configuration management with tools such as Ansible, Chef, or equivalents
  • Track system performance and establish alerting and observability for production systems
  • Maintain security best practices across infrastructure, deployment workflows, and access controls
  • Work closely with development teams to optimize the software release process
  • Diagnose and fix issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and system performance
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Participate in on-call schedules and handle incident responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of practical experience in a DevOps or SRE position
  • Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE)
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities
Good to Have
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
