- Reporting & Data Visualization: Build, maintain, and manage strategic and operational reporting to ensure the business runs efficiently. This includes leading with reporting platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Excel) to provide clear data visualizations, administrative reporting, and actionable insights.
- Performance & Cost Optimization: Analyze service delivery metrics to optimize operational performance (e.g., SLA compliance, resource allocation) and assist in general operational cost-controlling initiatives.
- Project Tracking & Strategic Updates: Proactively support short-term and long-term operational planning. Lead project tracking efforts, ensuring milestones are met, and provide regular, high-level business strategic updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- System Ownership & SME Engagement: Act as a functional lead for our internal Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Engage with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept updated to reflect current business workflows, and collaborate on projects that bring major changes or improvements to the business.
- Strategic Innovation: Generate ideas for continuous improvement and execute strategic projects within the Service Delivery organization, identifying gaps in current processes and proposing technology or workflow solutions.
- Labor Estimation & Pricing: Develop detailed labor estimates for a range of Sabre solutions, collaborating closely with Sales and Account teams to provide accurate pricing inputs. Ensure effort estimates are aligned with solution scope, delivery complexity, and commercial requirements, enabling precise hours allocation and supporting profitable deal structuring.
- RFP / RFI Management: Participate in the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring timely, complete, and high-quality submissions. Serve as a point of contact during the response lifecycle, managing timelines, expectations, and approvals.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Operations Management, Service Delivery, Project Management, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: * Strong expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Databricks, MS Excel/Office suite).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and project tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex topics independently and conduct project feasibility analyses.
