HIRING FOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER-PAN INDIAWe are hiring a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT and business operations. You will work on platform customizations, integrations, and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more based on business requirements.This is a PAN India opportunity open to candidates across major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Gurugram, and remote locations.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.Customize ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and other configurations.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST, SOAP, or MID Server.Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and process owners.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and maintain system performance.Create and maintain technical documentation related to implementations, configurations, and customizations.Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance models.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.2–6 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and server-side scripting within ServiceNow.Experience in implementing and supporting modules like ITSM, CMDB, or custom apps.Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and data import/export.Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Catalog Items.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.Good understanding of ITIL processes.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory or highly preferred.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD) – a strong plus.Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).Exposure to DevOps practices and ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of MID Server setup, Discovery, or Orchestration.
