Roles and Responsibilities: Overseeing stores management including day-to-day activities like receipts, storage, issues and disposition as well as Short & Excess Reports. Good working knowledge on SAP - Material Management must Proficient Skill on: Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD,3D, SAP. Strong vendor management skills Strong communication skills to follow up with cross-functional department. Maintaining Spare Parts MIS, SAP reports and documentation. Looking all store function like issue, receipt, bins arrangement, inventory accuracy as well as system vs physical. Daily prepare material Inward/outward gate pass (returnable/non-returnable) Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements Regular updating of spare parts ROL/ROQ tracker and ensure spare parts being procured as per the set standards (for Lean inventory) A deep understanding of product/ spare services. 12. Prepare revenue & capex budget, monitor inventory, min./max. List etc., expense control and major projects. Highly experienced in modern manufacturing processes & management techniques including JIT, Kaizen, Kanban.
