· Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating cross functionally/geographically within a VP org independently · Design and develop processes to simplify operations and improve customer experience in ambiguous spaces · Develop and drives VP focused metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experience · Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business review documentation including tracking, executing and communicating status of action items to senior stakeholders (Directors, Senior Managers) · Lead annual org level planning exercise, conceptualizing new work streams and converting it to workable operational plans including staffing plans, tooling plans and process design across multiple functional teamsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
