We are seeking a dedicated and passionate *Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English* to join our dynamic educational institution in Mancherial. - Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to high school students (Classes IX–XII) in alignment with the state board curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments that promote active learning and critical thinking.
- Conduct regular classroom evaluations, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
- Encourage reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive activities, debates, presentations, and creative writing exercises.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align teaching strategies with institutional goals and curriculum standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school-based co-curricular programs.
- Stay updated with pedagogical advancements and integrate technology into teaching where appropriate.
- Support student counseling and mentorship initiatives as required.*Note:* Candidates must be willing to undergo both online and offline interview rounds as part of the selection process. - Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. in English) with a Postgraduate qualification (M.A. in English) or equivalent.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputable school.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assess student performance effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology in classroom teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum 2-year bond with the institution.
- Valid Aadhaar card and bank account details for salary disbursement.
