- Manage a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, priorities, and objectives.
- Manage the risks, issues, dependencies, and changes that arise during the project delivery, and ensure timely and appropriate mitigation and resolution.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor and report on the progress, performance, and outcomes of programs and projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of deliverables, milestones, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulations for program and project management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program and project management practices and processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects, from initiation and scoping, to planning and execution, to monitoring and closure.
- Provide regular and transparent reporting and communication to the senior leadership team, the project sponsors, and the project teams, on the status, progress, and outcomes of our projects.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities, challenges, and learnings from our projects, and provide feedback and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders and teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as product managers, engineers, designers, customers, vendors, and regulators, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction throughout the project delivery.
- 4+ years of experience project management in the professional IT/Software Development services industry with on-site/offshore team management
- Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related field.
- Scrum Master and/or PMP certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge on VSTS / Jira / any other work tracking tool
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
