As a member of the Delivery Excellence Organization, the Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting successful delivery of projects at Neudesic. This role requires some technical expertise and project management experience.

Manage a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, priorities, and objectives.
Manage the risks, issues, dependencies, and changes that arise during the project delivery, and ensure timely and appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor and report on the progress, performance, and outcomes of programs and projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of deliverables, milestones, and benefits.

Identify and manage program and project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, escalating and resolving them as appropriate. * Establish and implement best practices, processes, and tools for effective and efficient program management, and ensure compliance with the company's standards and policies.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulations for program and project management.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program and project management practices and processes.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects, from initiation and scoping, to planning and execution, to monitoring and closure.
Provide regular and transparent reporting and communication to the senior leadership team, the project sponsors, and the project teams, on the status, progress, and outcomes of our projects.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities, challenges, and learnings from our projects, and provide feedback and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders and teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as product managers, engineers, designers, customers, vendors, and regulators, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction throughout the project delivery.

Additional Skills, Competencies & Requirements:

4+ years of experience project management in the professional IT/Software Development services industry with on-site/offshore team management
Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related field.
Scrum Master and/or PMP certification preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
Strong knowledge on VSTS / Jira / any other work tracking tool
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
