- Regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and
- Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify growth opportunities and
- Monitor website functionality and handle troubleshooting issues with the ecommerce platform, including technical problems and user experience
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer services,
- Analyse data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor
enhance the customer experience.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product,
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic,
- Implementing digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing,
- Optimising the website for user experience, including navigation, search
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways,
- Analysing sales performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento,
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving
- Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalisation, chatbots, or AIdriven shopping experiences.
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain management.
- Strong financial acumen for managing e-commerce budgets and sales
