The Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager will be the go-to senior consultant within our Workday practice, providing support across implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS). This role is ideal for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take on multiple responsibilities. You will collaborate with practice leadership to grow the UST Global Workday practice while also contributing as a certified Workday AMS provider supporting multiple clients globally.Opportunity & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the UST Workday Integrations practice in India, supporting global deployments, AMS, and client augmentation.Provide hands-on expertise in Workday Studio integrations and mentor junior team members.Lead teams to work with clients and account teams through requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-production support.Oversee team workload, serving as an escalation point for high-priority technical issues.Support recruitment, onboarding, and growth of the Workday technical team.Build and maintain internal training materials and client-facing technical documentation.Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pre-sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction and success.Collaborate with internal UST product teams to leverage accelerators and enhance client delivery.What You Need7+ years of experience in Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations, with exposure to both deployment and AMS/post-production support.Strong understanding of Workday integrations and tools, including:Workday Studio (must-have expertise)Workday APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document TransformationWorkday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)Technical exposure to integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net.Experience with Workday Reporting and BIRT development.Proven experience managing and growing offshore Workday teams (India experience preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate effectively across teams.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience at a certified Workday AMS partner and/or Workday Integrations Certification.Solid understanding of Workday HCM or Financials functional areas.Experience supporting business development or pre-sales in a solution architect role.Core Skills: Workday Integration | Workday Studio | Workday HCM | EIB | Core Connectors | BIRT | APIs & Web Services | AMS & Implementation LeadershipSkills:Workday Integration,Workday Studio,Workday HcmAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
