Job Highlights:
  • Position: Lead OutSystems UI Developer
  • Experience Required: 7 12+ years
  • Location: Bhopal (US time overlap)
  • Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST
  • Type: Contract to Hire (CTH) | Payroll will be of IBU Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive OutSystems applications (desktop, tablet & mobile)
  • Ensure exact match on spacing, typography, colors, and interactions
  • Customize OutSystems UI Framework and build reusable components
  • Work directly with US stakeholders for requirements and design clarity
  • Mentor team members and own UI quality end-to-end
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in OutSystems Reactive Web & Service Studio
  • Expert level in Figma (design specs, tokens, components)
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Flexbox & Grid
  • High attention to pixel-perfect UI implementation
