- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the printing industry.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their printing requirements, and providing them with timely solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of printing solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal teams, such as production, design, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the printing industry.
- Prepared and presented sales proposals, negotiated pricing, and closed sales deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues promptly.
