Job Description:Data AnalystLocation: Lucknow, IndiaPosition Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VLOOKUP. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for translating data into meaningful business insights.Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their requirements and provide analytical support as needed.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is required.
Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
