You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our TFE business, helping us achieve our growth objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for tractor loans and retail operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farmers, tractor dealers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and events to boost sales.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed sales decisions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and bank policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Represent the bank professionally at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector, tractor industry, and loan processes is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
