- Managing Proposal Team in Organization across all Plant Engineering subverticals (Oil & Gas, Chemical and FMCG)
- Experience in portfolio of Engineering and Design projects in Industrial segment
- Technical understanding of client requirement by studying scope and attending major client meeting to convert prospects/run inquiries into the clientele
- Ability to discuss/negotiate on commercial with client
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, & technical teams to understand customer needs and create competitive proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including RFP/RFI analysis, solution design, pricing, and submission.
- Conduct risk assessments and address potential challenges during the bidding process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate bid responses.
- Ability to maintain a strong partnership with customers by understanding and responding to their implicit and explicit needs
- Knowledge on market bench marking; collecting and analysing information on competition
- Produce regular sales forecast of sufficient quality to allow operations people to plan staffing requirements
- Market research and intelligence study for the sectors like Oil & Gas (downstream), Petrochemical, Energy, and Utility.
- Analysis to develop unique selling points for a specific country along with costing
- Develop collateral for propositions like high-value engineering centers.
- Project portfolios for plant engineering and detailed engineering projects executed in the EPCM sector.
- Working with the Marketing team to develop online strategy for promoting Engineering services
