We are seeking a dedicated SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing workflow solutions within the SAP environment. Your expertise in SAP ABAP and workflow will be crucial for optimizing business processes and enhancing system efficiencies for our clients.You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop custom workflows, and ensure that workflows align with business objectives. Your contributions will help streamline operations and improve overall organizational effectiveness.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP workflows based on business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants to gather workflow requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Enhance existing workflows to improve performance and better meet client needs.
Provide documentation for workflow specifications, procedures, and updates.
Stay informed about SAP workflow tools and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on workflows.
Strong understanding of SAP workflow concepts and design principles.
Experience with process automation and integration in SAP.
Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, HR) and their processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
