We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence
  • Strong analytical capabilities to dissect and interpret data, driving informed decision-making for the leadership. Ability to generate actionable performance insights and effectively communicate strategic updates to global leadership teams. Experience in leveraging reporting tools to enhance visibility and understanding of business performance metrics. Proficient in translating complex data into digestible formats for stakeholders, aiding in the strategic planning process. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus, supporting data visualization efforts to present insights clearly and effectively. Proficient in MS Office tools. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
