We are a team on energetic people who believe in agility & inclusiveness, open & transparent communication across various levels of organization are our USP.We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).We take pride in mentioning that Bosch in India a Great Place to Work certified Company.Job DescriptionLogistics Planning: Define production plan for the manufacturing team to fulfil customer demands in a timely manner, review and improve levelling plan, deviation management for production and delivery fulfilment Contribute for Inventory control in the supply chainRelationship Management: Liaison as a single point of contact for other IPN, LKAMs and STP for escalations on deliveriesCompliance Management: Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws.Digitization: Plan and implement end-to-end digital and connected value chain to optimize material and information flow.People Management: Determine the logistics competency requirements for the basis current and future trends and direct employee capability development accordingly.QualificationsEducation & Experience:

Bachelors degree in engineering
Masters in business administration (Supply chain)
08 - 14 years of work experience in Supply Chain

Knowledge & Functional Skills:

Competent knowledge in production planning process and lean concepts.
Proficient knowledge of Inventory management
Proficient in SAP for material management and production planning modules
Proficiently in leveling process and tools
Competent knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
Competent in communication skills
