Job Title Multi Skill TechnicianJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionMulti-Skilled TechnicianRole OverviewThe Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across multiple technical domains such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil work. The role ensures smooth operations of building systems and quick resolution of complaints at the site.Key Responsibilities1. Electrical MaintenancePerform routine checks and maintenance of electrical systems (DB panels, lighting, wiring)Handle minor electrical repairs and breakdownsMonitor DG sets, UPS systems, and power backup systemsEnsure proper functioning of common area lighting2. HVAC & Mechanical SystemsOperate and maintain HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF units)Monitor temperature and ventilation systemsAssist in preventive maintenance of chillers and AC units3. Plumbing & Water SystemsAttend plumbing complaints (leakages, blockages, fixture repairs)Maintain water supply systems, pumps, and pipelinesMonitor STP/ETP operations (if applicable)4. Civil MaintenanceCarry out minor civil works (patch repairs, painting touch-ups)Inspect building structure for damages and report issuesMaintain common areas, pathways, and basic infrastructure5. Complaint HandlingAttend resident/tenant complaints within defined TATEnsure proper closure of complaints in the system/logbookMaintain service quality and customer satisfaction6. Preventive MaintenanceFollow preventive maintenance schedules for all equipmentMaintain checklists and recordsIdentify potential issues and take corrective actions7. Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety protocols and guidelinesUse PPE while performing tasksEnsure equipment is operated safely and efficiently8.
