Primary functions:- Manage Projects effectively - aligning to all the process and procedures for Project management- Time Management1. Develop & Update Schedule (project, entity)2. Establish Progress Measurement System & check completion status3. Set up a recovery/mitigation plan- Cost / Status Management1. Update the project cost forecast2. Follow-up & update project status3. Follow-up purchase orders & take appropriate action with procurement to resolve4. Update the invoicing schedule5. Responsible for Accounts receivable for own Projects6. Manage client change order for scope add-ons impacts - get the same approved as per DB standards7. Perform reconciliation analyses in case of overrun8. Management project cost reporting- Claim Management1. Coordinate and handle any claim received by client2. Coordinate and submit claim to subcontractors and vendors- Human Resources Management1. Acquire Project Resource & Manage Allocation - PE, E& I team and Procurement Executive, Site team members, etc.,2. Effective collaboration with internal DB stake holders for Process Engg, Detailed Engg, Procurement, Logistics and CS3. Manage Project Team- Contract management and legal obligation1. Develop & review Project Proposal Document2. Manage & track technical changes- Project Plan & Administration1. Develop & Update Project Management Plan2. Manage project administrative activities (incl. Reporting, data reconciliation...)3. Create Project WBS structure4. Project Close-out5. Debriefing of at least 3 - 5 important and completed projects every year, as and when these projects are handed over to client.6. Ensuring that we have clean handover of all projects. No major points should be pending before sign-off- Monitor fabrication status in workshop for own projects and co-ordinate with Workshops and QA team to meet delivery schedules for own Project.- Direct responsibility of ensuring that Project ERP system is up to date for all their own Projects.- Value engineering support to the Project Management team to reduce the costs based on your previous experience.
