The English Primary Teacher will design engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational community. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans in English language arts for primary school students, aligning with curriculum standards. Teach language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary, in an engaging and developmentally appropriate manner. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for literature and effective communication. Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support individualized learning. Identify and address the diverse learning needs of students, adapting teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and contribute to curriculum development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance English language instruction. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about current educational practices and trends. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for students and contributing to a positive school culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. Previous experience teaching English language arts to primary school students is preferred. Strong knowledge of primary school English language arts curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and enthusiasm for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
