Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:1 Preventive, Predictive (Thermography) and Breakdown Maintenance of all Electrical Panels of Substation, HT,LT panels, Two pole structure, Breakers, Transformers, Switch yard, VCB, ACB, Capacitor bank, Harmonic panel etc..2Maintenance of all PDB in plant, Plant Electrical lightings, Earth pits, lightning arrestors and Building maintenance.3Knowledge of all kinds of electrical motors and VFDs4Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance with OEM's for Utilities like Diesel Generator- 1.5MW, Diesel Yard, Chillers- 190 TR, Air compressor- 500 cfm, UPS system of site, Fire hydrant and sprinkler system, Material handling equipments- Forklift , BOPT, Reach truck etc.5Preparing/ recording daily power report, energy report, water report and identify the gaps for improvement6Conducting Thermography of the electrical motors and PDBs.7Periodic maintenance of critical safety devices of all equipment8Maintaining and improving Plant engineering performance matrix- Uptime, MTBF,MTTR and breakdown9Identifying the root cause of major breakdowns by conducting Why-Why analysis10Responsible for preparation and up gradation of PM checklists11Preparation of yearly PM schedule12Procurement/ repairs of Utility and Electrical spares13Preparation of yearly spares budget of machines and adherence to budget14Responsible for cost saving through frugal engineering and localization of maintenance spares15Managing external contractors for getting the job done16Implementation of department related project17Implementation of 5 S in the department and the working area.18Review and Updating of SOP19Supervision and adherence to safety standards- LOTO system, Machine guarding, permit systems ( Height, Hot, Confined space, pipe line etc.)20Maintenance and sustenance Integrated management system- ISO 9001 ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 systems21Responsible for implementing OSHAS guide lines22Responsible for developing a team of UtilityLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Twitter @3M.Our approach to flexibility is called Work Your Way, which puts employees first and drives well-being in ways that enable 3M’s business and performance goals.
