- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with After Effects is a plus
- Create and edit high-quality videos for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of video content
- Enhance video quality by applying appropriate effects, transitions, and audio enhancements
- Manage and organize video assets and ensure they are properly archived for future use
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing technologies and trends, and propose innovative ideas to improve video production process
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, for outsourced video production projects
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to company style guidelines in all video content
