  • Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Xandr) to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in working with Adobe Launch & Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics tool.
  • Experience in working with Adobe Target.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reports to visualize and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define and implement tracking parameters for accurate data collection.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and modeling to forecast and analyze marketing outcomes.
  • Perform A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing analytics into overall business strategy.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and Xandr
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data interpretation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and modeling for marketing data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
  • Effective communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and data teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on analytics.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Exposure to machine learning techniques for predictive marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and their analytics capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing analytics.
  • Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies.
  • Continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends in marketing analytics.
  • Experience with attribution modeling for cross-channel marketing analysis.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and its impact on analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing ROI measurement and reporting.
