Job Description: Agile CoachPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our organization and help drive our Agile transformation journey. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile methodologies, promoting collaboration, and facilitating continuous improvement. Your expertise in Agile practices and frameworks will be instrumental in enhancing team productivity, efficiency, and overall organizational agility.Key Responsibilities:Enable Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization's Agile transformation efforts by assessing current practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategies for successful adoption of Agile principles and values.Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to teams, individuals, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices. Help them understand and apply Agile concepts effectively in their work.Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Encourage teams to adhere to Agile principles and adapt ceremonies to suit their specific needs.Promote Agile Mindset: Act as a change agent and advocate for an Agile mindset across the organization. Encourage teams and individuals to embrace Agile values, such as self-organization, customer collaboration, and adaptive planning.Agile Metrics and Reporting: Define and implement metrics to measure Agile performance, progress, and value delivery. Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders on Agile initiatives and outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and management to align Agile practices with business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and other learning forums to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage teams to experiment, learn from failures, and implement iterative changes to enhance their Agile practices.Scaling Agile: Provide guidance and support in scaling Agile practices across the organization, including multi-team coordination, Agile governance, and alignment with other Agile teams and departments.Qualifications and Skills:Solid experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, guiding Agile transformations and coaching teams in Agile methodologies.Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills to support teams and individuals in adopting Agile practices and mindsets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to identify and resolve impediments and challenges to Agile adoption.Experience in measuring and reporting Agile performance and progress using relevant metrics.Knowledge of Agile scaling techniques and frameworks is a plus.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) are desirable.
