About The Role:Key Account Manager internally called as a Partner Growth Executive will support the Marketplace team with partner relations & growth. HUDLE partners are sports venues including but not limited to schools, private venues, clubs, sports complexes, and event organizers. Duties & Responsibilities:- Manage 150-250 partner venues in a region- Grow the number of transactions on Hudle for these venues through innovative ideas & execution- Maintain accurate venue listing details (address, slot price, availability) to avoid cancellations and bad player experience- Build business relationships with current and potential partners- Daily interaction with partners to understand their needs and offer solutions & support- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow partner numbers- Understand technology & products; give demos to partners- Create presentations; deliver info to potential partners at meetings & conferences- Maintain a database of partners with latest updates- Identify, qualify, and secure business/partnership opportunities- Close deals and assist partners through the closing process Requirements & Qualifications:- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi)- Up to 2 years experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Venue Ops, or Growth roles- Professionalism, ownership & accountability- Attention to detail- Ability to call, connect & interact with partners (Hindi & English mandatory; regional languages a bonus)- Comfortable with Technology: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, MS Excel & PowerPoint- Self-motivated and willing to learn- Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment Benefits:- Start-up environment with plenty of learning & growth opportunities- Great exposure working closely with senior management- Employee-first culture Market competitive salaries Potential ESOPs in the future (ref:updazz.com)
