Hiring For Mines Manager - Gold Mines

• Oversee day-to-day mining operations in compliance with Mines Act, Regulations, and DGMS guidelines.
• Ensure optimum production, ore extraction, and grade control while minimizing dilution and losses.
• Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental standards at the mine site.
• Supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, haulage, and ore processing activities.
• Manage manpower, contractors, and technical staff for smooth mining operations.
• Conduct statutory inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, returns, and compliance documents.
• Liaise with DGMS, IBM, Pollution Control Board, and other statutory authorities.
• Implement cost control measures and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper training and skill development of workforce.

• Strong knowledge of underground or opencast gold mining operations.
• Thorough understanding of mine planning, geology, and ore processing.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and contractors.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and compliance management skills.
• Familiarity with modern mining equipment and software is an added advantage.

• Must possess a valid 1st Class Managers Certificate of Competency (Metal Mines) issued by DGMS.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in gold or metal mines.
