The Salesforce Senior Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce PlatformTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutionsDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable and future methods, ensuring best practices and optimal performanceBuild modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura ComponentsImplement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)Design and optimize Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, schema design, indexing, and LDV considerationsEnsure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits, coding standards, and performance best practicesParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution walkthroughsSupport and enforce security and access controls, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS, OAuth, and SSOContribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, or similar toolsAssist with data migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce using best practicesCollaborate with architects to maintain the right balance between low-code and pro-code solutionsStay current with Salesforce releases and platform innovations such as Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and CRM AnalyticsRequired Technical Skills
Salesforce Development
Strong proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)Experience with test-driven development, unit testing, and achieving high test coverageAdvanced hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AuraData Modeling & Performance
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, schema design, and LDV strategiesExperience with performance tuning, query optimization, and handling large data volumesIntegration & APIs
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named CredentialsExposure to middleware platforms like MuleSoft or BoomiSecurity & Access Control
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including OAuth flows, SSO, role hierarchy, sharing models, FLS, and Shield Platform EncryptionDevOps & Platform Tools
Experience with Salesforce DX, Unlocked Packages, Metadata APIFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)Analytics & Experience
