They provide Digital marketing - website development, SEO, Social Media Management. Media strategy, planning and buying: OTT, In App, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), TV, Outdoor, Cinema, Radio, Print services.Position: OTT & In App Ads SpecialistFunction/Area of work: To strategically plan and negotiate high-visibility placements across the app/OTT ecosystem that maximize brand "splash" and reachExperience: 2+ years of experience: 2-4 years of experience navigating the complex world of digital media buying.Reporting Manager: Will report to the head of digital marketing (one of the company owners), will work alongside ads specialists who also report to the same.Location: AhmedabadWork Timing: 11AM -7PM ( Monday to Saturday)Salary: 45000-60000The OpportunityDo you love the feeling of seeing a brand come to life in the right place at the perfect time?   • Full-Spectrum Media Planning: Design and execute high-impact campaigns across a massive variety of digital environments such as:
  • Quick Commerce & Retail: Swiggy, Zomato, BlinkIt, Zepto, Amazon, PayTM.
  • Community & Utility: MyGate, NoBrokerHood, IRCTC, M-Indicator, TrueCaller.
  • Content & Audio: Spotify, JioSaavn, DailyHunt, InShorts, Sharechat.
  • Gaming & Lifestyle: Rooter, Pokkt, BookMyShow.
  • OTT Dominance: Lead placements on premier streaming services including JioHotstar, Zee5, SonyLiv, Amazon MX Player, SunNXT, Aha, and JioTV.
  • Brief-to-Splash: Take a raw client brief and transform it into a strong strategy that prioritizes impact over “standard” metrics.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor and execute campaigns, ensuring the best outcome for the client.
  • Negotiation & Partnerships: negotiate with media and ad networks to secure premium inventory at the most competitive rates.

  • Ecosystem Depth: Intimate knowledge of ad formats and audience segments across diverse OTT and In App platforms.
  • OTT Technicals: Understanding programmatic vs. direct buy models for platforms like JioHotstar, Zee5, and SonyLiv.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Ability to barter and push for premium placements/lower rates with media.
  • Presentation Mastery: Ability to take a raw brief and turn it into a high-quality, persuasive pitch/plan.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Ad-Tech Knowledge: Understanding SDKs, server-side tracking, and attribution models for in-app ads.
  • Media Contacts: Existing relationships with media and ad networks to fast-track campaigns.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to build live dashboards (Tableau/Looker Studio) for client reporting.
Communication Requirements:
  • English communication: Excellent
  • Hindi communication: Good
  • Gujarati communication: Good (optional)
