Job Responsibilities:- Visit potential customers in assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services.- Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers.- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.- Participate in promotional activities, on-ground campaigns, and product demonstrations.- Maintain proper documentation and update sales reports regularly.Candidate Requirements:Graduate in any stream - 2-3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, Finance, etc.).- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.- Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone.- Familiarity with local market and ability to travel daily.
