- Managing a team, providing clear direction on goals and objectives following agile standards and practices
- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Contribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectives
- Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Constantly look at Performance and Security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
- Continuously evaluating team workload and capacity and providing timely information concerning throughput and resource needs
- Serve as a Technical lead and provide technology or Engineering leadership to the team
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
- Participate in Scrum meeting, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for go or no go decision
- Mentor and guide them whenever required
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
- Be able to understand the Facets Delivery, Client priority and requirements
- Good in adapting and adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions
- Be able to translate the business requirements or functional design to job design
- Be able to work on EDI transactions such as 837 and 835
- Be able to contribute to DevOps, CI/CD and other engineering forums
- Familiar with Github tools
- Collaborate with QA or UAT team members
- Participate in Test Case reviews, and Production Support for incidents, including on-call support
- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
- Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc.
- Develop and maintain standards, common processes and best practices as per Industry standards
- Participates in analysis and strives to meet common KPIs and goals

- 13+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of Engineering Manager / Technical Manager / Solution Architect / PO background Experience on SDLC Methodologies
- Good end to end claim, Provider, Membership, Finance lifecycle understanding
- Experience using AI to build and increase efficiencies in the engineering lifecycle
- TriZetto Facets Application experience
- Knowledgeable in building public cloud solutions
- Good understanding of Medicaid / Medicare line of business
- Good understanding of Health plan set up
- Good knowledge on US Healthcare Industry
- Knowledge of Kafka-streaming
- Good understanding about the structure and significance of key /HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
- Understanding of Service Now & Production support processes
- Proven comfortable in executing basic SQL queries and stored procedures
- Proven skilled with MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint required
- Proven good communications skills
