Introduction: . Role profile is for Technical Delivery Manager for managing application deliveries in Corporate Data Services (CDS) - Tier 1 middleware service in Corporate Bank Technology . The role demands Technical delivery management and thought leadership to achieve goals like efficient program deliveries, stakeholder management and aligning deliveries with corporate landscape for some of the key corporate programs . Role requires supporting the business in delivering its strategic objectives. At the same time challenge business requirements and demands to ensure high quality deliveries are implemented and not impacting the current BAU service What will you be doing . Facilitates scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives, and Demo's) within each sprint . Ensuring the impediments faced by the engineering teams are resolved with a sense of urgency . Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance . Produce Plans to help manage and implement complex interrelated projects from initiation to closure, managing financial budget to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiency. . Organize and lead project status and working meetings prepare and distribute progress reports manage risks and issues while delivery planning for assigned projects . Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and broadcast information to the larger audience . Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management . External stakeholder management including but not limited to lead program deliveries, managing finance at project level and interfacing teams . Manage project deliveries efficiently using Agile delivery model. . Overall financial tracking and ensuring adherence to budget. Managing resource forecast in line with the demand. . Implementation management of changes by managing the change implementation in line with RTB guidelines What we're looking for: . Technical delivery management experience in managing multiple small to medium size (circa 25-100 Person Days) critical application using Agile delivery methodology . Establishing delivery management controls to ensure that delivery is within the agreed budget, time and in line with the quality. Managed programs with budgets of atleast GBP 1 Million . Experience with project management tools and methodologies . Capable in providing consultancy, assistance and leadership in areas associated with various aspects of Delivery Management. . Experience with transformation using Cloud and other related digital technologies . Analytical skills to manage technical deliveries by close co-working with the interfacing teams including but not limited Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Development, testing, Requirements, Compliance, Info Security, Data Privacy teams . Strong communication skills to ensure Data Services is represented well across stakeholders . Stakeholder management to ensure conflict management . Minimum qualification - graduate. Skills that will help you in the role: . Preferred Relevant certification - PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent . Application Development (Technical) experience in the earlier phase of the career . Delivery management experience in Tier1/equivalent application with middleware technologies . Delivery management in one/more of the technologies like AbInitio, Teradata / Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Quality, MI reporting, API, Micro Services .
