- 4-8 years of experience in B2B field sales within textile processing / dyeing / printing industry
- Proven experience in client acquisition in same industry and textile (preferred)
- Proven track record of onboarding new B2B clients (mills, traders, manufacturers)
- Identify & acquire new B2B clients in textile processing segment
- Develop strong network with textile mills, traders & exporters
- Conduct regular field visits across Surat for business development
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution & delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration
- Strong understanding of local textile market in Surat
- Willingness for extensive field travel
