Hiring for RPA Developer using UiPath- ChennaiJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating business processes using UiPath and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities.Work closely with business analysts and process owners to understand automation requirements.Create technical documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Monitor and maintain automation post-deployment to ensure successful execution.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots.Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum [X] years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath.Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.Strong understanding of business process automation and RPA architecture.Experience with REFramework and other UiPath design patterns.Familiarity with SQL, .NET, VBA, or Python is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.UiPath Developer Certification is preferred.Nice to Have:Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.Experience in deploying bots on cloud environments like AWS, Azure.
