- Highly experienced in Administration and application development using Salesforce.com, proficient in both Technical and Functional aspects of the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in implementing Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, Campaign Management, and Pipeline Visibility. Strong knowledge of designing and optimizing the sales process using Sales Cloud best practices.
- Exposure to CPQ configuration for product bundles, discounting, pricing rules, quote generation, and approval workflows to streamline sales operations. Knowledge of integrating CPQ with Sales Cloud to improve quoting accuracy and sales cycle efficiency.
- Extensive knowledge in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Skilled in developing Triggers, Apex Classes, Test Classes, Lightning Flows, Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL for diverse functional requirements.
- Expertise in Salesforce customization: custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, tabs, roles, profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits with experience in code optimization and best practices adherence.
- Hands-on integration experience with third-party applications using REST APIs to interact with Salesforce.
- Experienced on Salesforce Lightning Applications using Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Controllers, and Events with custom CSS implementations.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud analytics and dashboards to drive sales performance insights.
- Responsible for deployment lifecycle management using Copado and Change Sets.
- Extensive use of Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools for data migration and data cleansing activities.
- Capable of rapidly learning new technologies and processes and successfully applying them to projects and operations.
- Strong project discipline with experience in managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
