Tech /Diploma- Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Position Type: Full Time- Permanent Location: Pune Reporting to: Assistant Manager - Electrical Travel Required: Partially Job Profile PLC & HMI Programmer to design and install controller system software for our clients. You will be traveling to clients' locations, analyzing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support. You should have excellent knowledge of machine mechanics, a logical approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Technical/ Functional Job Knowledge: 1. Proficient Knowledge of the following Control System Components: Minimum 04 of any PLC, HMI, VFD (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta) Minimum 04 of any Servo (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Delta) Electrical switchgear (Contactors, MCBs, MPCBs. SMPS, Relays etc.) Sensors (Proximity, photo, magnetic, level, pressure, flow, etc.) Motors (Induction (3 or 1 phase), stepper, servo, DC, etc.) Pneumatics (Actuators, valves etc..), Hydraulics AutoCAD, MS Office 2. Adequate Knowledge hands on experience of PLC & HMI Programming. 3. Complete development of PLC / HMI program for new application. 4. Integration of 3rd party devices with PLC (Communication based and DIDO based) 5. Adequate knowledge and hands on experience of communication protocols (Ethernet IP, Ether-CAT, ProfiNet, Modbus TCP, Serial etc.) 6. Traveling to clients' locations (Local / Interstate) 7. Machine testing as per given criteria. 8. Troubleshooting machine errors. 9. Providing After-Sale Support and Training to the Customer (Online / Offline). 10. Preparation of Technical Documentation and User Manual
