Drive GenAI Accuracy, Security improvement initiatives (Prompt Engineering, Intent Classification, Fine tuning, RAG, etc.).
Scale, support, and automate service deployment. Participate in on-call responsibilities in the team, to ensure that existing production systems meet SLOs.
Ensure existing and new infrastructure complies with the latest Google principles for security, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively effectively with other service teams in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) to solve problems and drive cross-functional execution.
Establish software development best practices and help build a robust engineering culture.
