- Develop, implement, and refine campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn as applicable.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and/or commercial real estate developments.
- Enhance critical performance indicators including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee audience targeting, remarketing strategies, budgeting, and campaign architecture.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, microsites, and portal listings to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to monitor lead quality, follow-up activities, and site visit results.
- Execute remarketing and nurture campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor competitors and explore new opportunities for growth.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lead funnels, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
- Experience in real estate lead generation.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, remarketing techniques, and CRM workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Background working with developers, brokerage firms, or PropTech companies.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram / NCR market is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics are desirable.
