Senior Manager (Head) Mechanical Maintenance & Projects (BOPP)Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment and systems within a BOPP manufacturing facility, including project management for capital improvements and expansion. Also, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities, as well as leading a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, manage and schedule maintenance activities, and ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical equipment, including high-speed rotary equipment, chillers, and pumps.- Plan, execute, and manage capital projects related to BOPP production, including modernization, capacity expansion, and equipment upgrades.- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards in the BOPP facility.- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as energy conservation measures and optimizing maintenance processes.- Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project documentation, and equipment performance.- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including operations, engineering, and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and project execution.Qualification And Experience:1. BE with 20+ years of experience in BOPP industry and strong understanding of maintenance principles2. Oversee and manage plant maintenance, facilities, and capital projects; develop and implement maintenance strategies; manage budgets and ensure safety compliance3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for leading and motivating a team.4. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.5.
