Skill Set details: Research and Analytical Skills: Primary and secondary research on reports related to textiles and apparel sector including economic, socio-political factors influencing the industry and trade. Conducts quantitative and qualitative research of trends and patterns in textiles and apparel sector including allied industry. Clear understanding on data analysis and data analysis tools Excellent Analytical and Reasoning Capabilities: Strong command on writing research and strategy reports that summarizes data analysis. Must be comfortable to write contents on the current trends in the industry and trade. Project Management Skills - Managing large projects; managing team and vendors for executing content related requirements. Interaction with domestic as well as international clients for understanding research needs and delivering presentations as per mandate. The candidate must have understanding on International Trade on the sector, particularly trade agreements, non-tariff measures etc. Excellent skills in MS office: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point Presentation. An ideal candidate will be a thought leader in research and dissemination in the sector Qualification: Masters in Economics/Econometrics/Development Economics/ Statistics/MBA in international trade from reputed institutions/University.
