Backed by top-tier investors, our client combines a digital lending platform and IoT-enabled asset management tools to support EPCs, vendors, and end customers in the clean energy transition.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for our integrated IoT Monitoring Solutions. This role blends deep user empathy with strategic thinking, agile execution, and technical fluency in the IoT and renewable energy space. The ideal candidate will have experience with product lifecycle ownership, user research, and delivery in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Road mapping: Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for IoT and marketplace features.
Feature Development: Drive end-to-end development of AI-enabled features, product listings, and CRM integrations to enhance installer productivity and customer satisfaction.
User-Centric Design: Lead wireframing, PRD creation, and UX enhancements based on user feedback and data analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, design, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure on-time, high-quality feature launches.
IoT Integration:

Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into IoT features like AI Roof Mapping, monitoring dashboards, and automated alerts.
Ensure seamless integration with solar hardware and asset management tools.
Data & Performance Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and internal CRMs to track usage, iterate on features, and boost KPIs.
Agile Delivery: Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA testing using Jira.

Key Requirements

4-6 years of experience in product management, with exposure to IoT, cleantech, or B2B platforms.
Demonstrated success in shipping products that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Hands-on experience in:

Wireframing (Figma)
Data analytics (Google Analytics, Clarity, Jira)
CRM systems (Zoho, custom CRM)
Agile project delivery
AWS IoT, Azure IoT
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or fast-paced startups.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
MBA or Product Management certification (e.g., Next Leap PM Fellow) is a bonus.
Experience working with solar EPCs or in the renewable energy domain.
