Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to finalize supplier selections.
Support the negotiation of prices, lead times, and supply terms with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and their performance records.
Work closely with design and development teams to source components for new projects.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality deviations, delays, and technical queries.
Assist in cost reduction, localization, and process improvement initiatives.
